Pondara uses a small palette of semantic colours across every status
pill: muted for neutral or inactive, info for in-flight,
success for cleared, warn for needing attention, and
destructive for failed or rejected. Pill colour and label are
stable across light and dark themes.

The realism preview returns one chip per scenario section.
